Gallatin Watershed Council, “Gallatin Valley Irrigators Oral Histories”, Bozeman, $10,000 Grant: The Gallatin Watershed Council will use grant funds to conduct oral history interviews with irrigation “knowledge keepers” who represent the last generation with firsthand experience maintaining traditional ditch systems and managing water-sharing among agricultural producers in the Gallatin Valley. Carbon County Arts Guild & Depot Gallery, “Depot Master Study”, Red Lodge, $10,000 Grant: The grant will fund a professional firm to provide a study detailing overall building integrity in order to preserve the Carbon County Arts Guild & Depot Gallery’s continued use as an art gallery, education space and cultural history of Red Lodge.
