Carter County Geological Society - Educator's Guide to Eastern Montana Museums

Ekalaka, $10,000 Grant: During the 3rd year of the Carter County Geological Societies multi-year award, they will work with partners to build education trunks that tie to the new curriculum available to teachers. They plan to finish these trunks by fall 2026 so teachers can pilot the lessons in the 2026/27 school year. These resources will enable teachers across Eastern Montana to better integrate local, rural heritage into their day-to-day classrooms.
